The instructor for the bakery workshop was Chef Prajit, Bakery Chef at The Ashok. The workshop was focused on familiarising attendees with basic of baking, its techniques, and trends that have been shaping the baking segment. Chef Prajit demonstrated some quick and easy bakery/confectionaries items for your loved one at home. Some of the key preparations from the workshop included no-bake strawberry cheesecake and hand-made chocolates with exciting variants such as paan, peanut butter, strawberry etc. Apart from easy-to-follow recipes, the baking workshop also offered an insight into kitchen chemistry like pigmentation, aromatic delights and food science.
